What is the gap setting for the NGK Iridium spark plug for this model ? 2004 Mazda 6s 3.0 I have been told NOT to try to set these plugs but the parts store said they need to be .044 but the plug is set at .036 can you tell me which is correct please.
Don't think you will notice difference . I would set to .035 because the gap will increase with use ,the electrode ware away over time .044 ?.
