I would take the door panel off and make sure the wires are plugged in and not damaged anywhere. If they're not, unplug the window motor and jump the wires to make sure the motor is working. If it is, I'd change the switch itself. I don't think that there is a
relay" for the windows.
Do not know of a "Window Relay" for a 2-door M3 convertible. But there is a "Window motor to regulator" in the door itself.
However, there are two 30 amp fuses (#14 and #19) located in the plastic front power distribution box located in the left-hand rear corner (nearest the driver) of the engine compartment that I would check to see if this is your problem before digging down into door interior disassembly. The numbers are marked look under box cover.
Passenger compartment fuse panel The fuse panel is located on the left hand side of the instrument panel facing the drivers side door.

CHECK 10 AMPS FUSES IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER LEFT SIDE OF DASH. DRIVER SIDE FOR DASH LIGHTS AND SPEEDOMETER AND TACHOMETER. CHECK UNDER THE HOOD IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ON DRIVER SIDE.FOR POWER WINDOWS + AC FUSES AND RELAYS LOOK ON THE FUSE COVER IT WILL HAVE A LEGEND OR LOCATIONS FOR ALL FUSES AND RELAYS.
Fuse for window regulator (circuit breaker) on 13 position auxiliary relay panel. The wiring connectors are located at the lower left and right side kick panels. The auxiliary relay panel is located above the lower kick panel above the pedals.
Headlight fuse location: #18 High beam right 10A #19 High beam left 10A #20 Low beam right 15A #21 Low beam left 15A
Daytime running light relay location on upper (auxiliary) relay panel. This are the only ones using relays regarding your question.
