Thanks, I have a bad heat overall, especially during winter time and when I drive like 50 m/h. When RPM is high or whenI drive D1/D2/D3 shifts or when car is inside garage temeprature picks up to about both on engine gauge (160F) and fan. But, when I drive like 50m/h temeprature on both engine gauge and fan goes down. On engine is like 140F and on winter time gauge is down completly.

Use a termo laser to check temp of coolant at filler cap ,with cap off run vehicle till you have hot heat coming out of your heater then check with laser. if it reads above 140 then you know 2 things . either the therm sensor is going bad or the temp gauge is bad , make sure the radiator fans come on ,if they do and you have good heat then you have bad gauge.

SOURCE: car doesn't warm up

It does sound like the thermostat. The sensor does not control the thermostat in any way, it only reads the temperature of the coolant. Your symptoms are classic of a thermostat that is stuck open or partially open. Take it back and tell them what is going on and have them show you that the thermostat is fine.

SOURCE: P0172 and P0128 Error Code 2003 Trailblazer 4WD

PO172 means that an oxygen sensor in bank 1 detected a rich condition (too little oxygen in the exhaust). I would replace the thermostat first. The computer could be injecting too much fuel because it thinks it never gets to operating temperature. That may keep the light off.

2004 honda pilot how to replace the thermostat

You can test to see if it is the thermostat by running the vehicle allowing the coolant in the engine to become hot. Then squeeze the top radiator hose. You may want to use gloves to protect your hands. If you feel a lot of resistance in the hose in the direction of the engine then it is likely that the thermostat is stuck. To replace the thermostat remove the two bolts that secure the thermostat cover. They are located where the top radiator hose connects to the engine block. You can also verify if it is defective after removal by dropping it in boiling water and seeing if it opens. The correct temperature for it to open is usually written on it. They are not that expensive so it is best to use one from the dealer. Regardless, make sure it is designed to open at the same temperature. The assembly (thermostat/gasket) is number 5 in the image below. Just google part#19301-P8E-A10

Honda Pilot 2003 temperature gauge gets only quarter way hot, and on highway it gets very low. Cabin fan temp is low too. Thermostat and was replaced several times. Cooling liquid was replaced too.

Sounds like you have either low coolant, due to not properly bleeding air from it when the coolant was changed, or the thermostat is not working, or possibly not right for the vehicle. (Honda's typically don't like aftermarket t-stats because they don't work as efficiently as the factory ones. And most are missing a bubble bleeder for air to pass through. (the little ball valve in most t-stats) You should also see if the cooling fans are stuck on all the time. They should cycle on and off fairly quickly as the switch calls for them. Air bleeding is critical as you have a large system with an aux. rear heater unit too. Even a relatively small air pocket trapped inside can wreak havoc on the operation of all related systems.
