I got a new battery for key , I think to avoid it being complicated you drain out the fluid , bleed the stuff left after a month by your master cylinder and look where the hose enters the car and booster and check it by clamping one end to the intake , iT gives air back to the vac or if you locate the fan fuse 20 renew it it blew also the fuel so release pressure change it if it don't solve is ? Have you got any code

It is in Theft lock from the loss of power. Contact your local dealer for help getting it unlocked.
Check all of your belts and pullies. Sometimes it helps to remove the belts and turn the pullies by hand. Also run the engine without the belts for a few seconds. If the noise is still there, then it is most likely timing components rattling.
