Car wont Start

Yesterday afternoon I by accidentally left my key in the ignition of my car I also left my Head lights on. when I came back to my car a couple hours later it wouldn't start. We try jumping it but that didn't work and it seems to have some juice in it. But it still doesn't start. I think it might be the theft system but the light doesn't flash. Please help

Remove the keys, close all doors, trunk, hood, etc. Push the lock button twice if you have a remote, press the unlock button twice if you have the remote. If no remote use the key for the drivers door; turn it to the right two times. Meaning rotate right, back to center, rotate right, and back to center. Then rotate left two time in the same sequence as above. Open the door, ensure the vehicle is SECURELY in the PARK position and give it a go. It may be helpful to put your foot on the brake and shift through the gears a time or two prior to attempting to start. If that works, please let me know! Good luck!

SOURCE: had to get my 1999

Not to be smart but how about It's time for a new battery. Just had to replace one in a 2000 300M.
Interior and head lights worked but would not start. Thought it was the engine immobilizer. The car would sometimes start and not others.

SOURCE: Anti-theft system seems to have been activated?

Some months ago I began starting the engine of my 2001 Chrysler 300M but turned it of before it really started "was sloppy with the key". The anti-theft system went on for some unknown reason. I disarmed it by disconnecting one of the battery connections under the hood with a wrench. I connected it again, the anti-theft system was off but the battery was dead. Battery was OK after recharging, I have had no trouble since then.

Have you tried locking & unlocking drivers door with key? Not 100% sure on your model but that works for some. If that doesn't do it, try passenger door as well.
