Where is cam shaft sensor located on a 08 saturn aura

Which engine ? This vehicle had option of six different engines , 2.4 , 3.5 , 2.8 , 3.0 , 3.2 , 3.6 And are you picking on the right part ? What code > DTC P0010: Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit

DTC P0013: Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit
It may not even be a cam sensor problem !
DTC P0340: Intake CMP Sensor Circuit

DTC P0365: Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Circuit
DTC P0341: Intake Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance

DTC P0366: Exhaust Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance
Camshaft Position (CMP) Actuator System
The camshaft position (CMP) actuator system is an electro-hydraulic operated device used for a variety of engine performance and operational enhancements. These enhancements include lower emission output through exhaust gas dilution of the intake charge in the combustion chamber, a broader engine torque range, and improved fuel economy. The CMP actuator system accomplishes this by changing the angle or timing of the camshaft relative to the crankshaft position. The CMP actuator simply allows earlier or later intake and exhaust valve opening during the four stroke engine cycle. The CMP actuator cannot vary the duration of valve opening, or the valve lift.
During engine OFF, engine idling conditions, and engine shutdown, the camshaft actuator is held in the Park position. Internal to the CMP actuator assembly is a return spring and a locking pin. During non-phasing modes of the camshaft, the return spring rotates the camshaft back to the Park position, and the locking pin retains the CMP actuator sprocket to the camshaft

I have a code P0013, What is that? How did it happen? and how can I fix it?

The P0013 code is the cam shaft position sensor, The other code is related to brakes. The engine in your car is not the type to have CVVT on the cam so it is likely that the sensor may be bad or the wiring to it is damaged or corroded.

Failed Emmissions code poo13 and poo14

The DTC is for the cam position actuator sensor. That does not necessarily mean you need a new sensor but it may. Prices vary wildly depending on where you buy them, same with labor rates. The dealer will cost you over $100 per hour in some parts of the country, I do side work for $30 so you need to get a quote from someone localy.

Engine light says p0010 and p0013 codes I changed both cam sensors and cleared the codes but the check engine light is back on and it is running slightly rough when stopped and holding the break ?

The codes are not for cam sensors.
The codes are for the intake and exhaust cam position actuator solenoid circuits.
The engine computer controls cam timing by these solenoids. You'll need a shop manual to get the testing procedures since this is beyond the normal range of a DIY.

2002 chevrolet trailblazer diagnostic code p0013, p0014

Two possibilities, poor electrical connection at the cam position actuator sensor (CPAS) connector or a clogged CPAS. Check connector first for oil residue. The CPAS itself is prone to clog if the oil is not changed at the proper intervals. Unfortunately, the CPAS is a little difficult to remove since access to one of its bolts requires the removal of the power steering pump.

Diagnostic code p0013, p0014

Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0013 is "Exhaust Cam Position (CMP) Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit"
Diagnostic Test Code (DTC) P0014 is "Exhaust Cam Position (CMP) System Performance"

DTC P0014 can be caused by several things that can affect your variable cam timing system performance including using the wrong viscosity engine oil. However, since you have the DTC P0013, it is pretty obvious that the problem is being caused by a circuit malfunction in the control solenoid circuit. It could be as simple as a loose connection at the solenoid electrical connector. It could be that the solenoid itself has an open circuit in its coil windings, or it could even be caused by squirrels or mice chewing on the wiring harnesses in your engine compartment. You must diagnose the circuit to find the cause. Fixing the control solenoid circuit will most likely make both of these codes go away.
