5l engine I have a 5L-E toyota hilux that runs fine at idle yhen when you rev it to about 2000 rpm it starts to blow alot of white smoke. I have cut injectors out while the smoke is blowing with no noticable change. I have run it from a clean fuel container no change. Air filter has been changed and filters all has made no differance. Oh and the engine check light comes on but goes off as soon as you stop reving it. Any ideas? It has 200k on it.

It could be a coolant or transmission fluid leak in the combustion chamber. Check your coolant and transmission fluid to see if one or both are low. White smoke from the exhaust is a classic symptom of a blown head gasket, have your cooling system pressure checked. If that checks out good then have your transmission checked.
