How to permently disable alarm system

Your Car is equipped with an Electronic Security System. If you disable it (which most probably you can not), you will bet on security of your car. If you still want to disable it, you should contact your Dealer or Authorized Service Station with Purchase Bill. If possible, they'll change locking system to old one.

use remote to disable the alarm or close drivers door turn key in door lock lock and unlock car 3-5 times if you do not have an alarm remote to said car this will disable the alarm system

take the key and unlock passer door that will turn it off

Try this: open the driver's door (or whatever you have to do) to get the alarm to go off (activate) . Then, while it is honking the horn or doing whatever it does , walk around the car to the front passenger door and using your door key turn the lock cylinder to the lock and then unlock position . I believe this will disable the alarm system if it is a factory installed OEM alarm .

On a 91 Cherokee, grounding the ORANGE/GREEN wire from the drivers door lock sensor will permanently disable the OEM alarm. Do NOT try other methods as it will cause the system to lock down. If that happens, nothing short of a dealer reset or completely removing the electronic control system will allow you to start it.

remove the steering wheel , need a puller and locking ring tool, disconnect batt, turn the key to tho on position, and remove bolt that holds the tumbler in,

try locking and unlocking the doors with the keys that is what i did and it solved my porblem

I have 96 dodge caravan and I need to disable the alarm system too and I don't know how!

for a factory alarm the only way is to lock/unlock doors(with key) unless some one knows how to disable the alarm altogether. if alarm is not factory just find the box and remove alarm system (you may need to reconnect some wires if it has starter disable as a feature)
