Ok, so the first poster obviously didnt read the question and just posted the first thing he googled.

So I'll try.
You have a short, most likely on the actual drive motor itself or in the switch. I wouldn't bother with replacing the fuse again until you take the motor out or test the switch for a short.

When they are not used a lot the mechanism gets slightly seized which causes undue strain on the motor that opens and shuts sunroof.this can overload the circuit and cause the fuse to blow.change for a higher rated fuse just to get the roof to open ....then clean and lubricate all working parts and clean out the rain channels which will prevent proper drainage.once it is used several times and greased properly you should refit the correct amp fuse again.hope some of this advice is of use.

In the under hood junction box , fuse CTSY LP 15 amp . Instrument fuse panel PWR WDO CB 25amp .
Sunroof Motor Synchronization
Synchronization will be necessary anytime the sunroof module battery positive voltage circuit is interrupted. The sunroof module will be synchronized when the controller learns the full vent position. The sunroof system will ignore any open request until the system has been synchronized.
To synchronize the sunroof:

1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
2. Using the close/tilt up portion of the sunroof switch, operate the sunroof glass until it reaches the full vent position.
3. Verify that the system operates normally.

Once the sunroof glass reaches the full vent position, the actual position is stored in the memory of the sunroof module. The sunroof module will stop the motor one motor revolution before the defined actual positions

Wiring from fuze panel to the roof , look for broken wires in sharp bends

Check under your hood for a second fuse box.This box should contain fuses and relays.Some times the box lid will tell you whats what ie.horn relay,fuel pump relay,ect.Look to see for a relay for your sunroof.Your sun roof takes a lot of power to run and should be on a relay.Your light and clock be on the same relay.Good luck.

Not positive it is the same thing, however, when setting up my iPOD adapter to the radio, I made the mistake of not following the instructions to the T, and it caused my sunroof to stop working... after a day (which I later found out gave the system enough time to "reset" and connect), I turned on my stereo, pushed the 3CH to Dolby Surround, and that did the trick. It's been about a year... and I've had no problems with the sunroof!
