Torque wrench/torque not readilly applied.When putting the calipers back on the 2 attaching bolts,usually allen wrench type need only be snugged up tight as you can get them use a wrench for a little additional torque that is all that is needed to tighten sufficently.

For front brake pads replacement you need only usually wrench set, inclusive 7 mm allen key also. But for rear brake pads replacement you need obligatory a special caliper piston pressing tool, in order to press back rear caliper piston with parking brake automatic adjustment!!! For front brake pads. You should buy the brake pads (with wear sensor). For change front brake pads you must raise vehicle, remove wheels, extract the retaining spring of the caliper, and remove the caliper as follow: 1. Do not disconnect the brake hose from the caliper, and do not allow the caliper to hang by the brake hose! 2. Remove top and bottom caps (on back side of the caliper) for access to guide pins, then unbolt and remove them from the brake carrier. Remove the caliper. 3. Now you must thoroughly clean the brake calipers (free of grease). 4. Remove outer brake pad from brake carrier. 5. Pull inner brake pad out of brake caliper piston. 6. Check up the brake fluid level on the reservor, and emptying if neccessary! 7. Push piston back into brake caliper housing. 8. Install inner brake pad (with expanding spring) in brake caliper piston. (Arrow marked on pad - if exist, must point in direction of brake disc rotation when vehicle is moving forward). 9. Install outer brake pad into brake carrier. 10. Bolt brake caliper housing to brake carrier using two guide pins. Tightening torque is 25 Nm. 11. Install both caps. 12. Insert retaining spring into brake caliper housing. Important: Depress the brake pedal firmly several times while the car is stationary so that the brake pads adjust to their normal operating positions!!! Rear Disc Brakes Pads Removal & Installation L4-2.2L (Vin F) & V6-3.0L (Vin R)To Remove: WARNING Ensure that vehicle is securely supported before lifting. To help avoid personal injury when a vehicle is not on a hoist provide additional support for the vehicle on the opposite end from where components are being removed. Ensure that the lift does not contact fuel or brake lines.
Before servicing the vehicle refer to the precautions at the beginning of this section
Loosen the lug nuts on the rear wheel and tire assemblies but do not remove the lug nuts
Raise and support the vehicle
Remove the rear wheel and tire assemblies
Drive out the brake pad retaining pins from outside-to-inside then remove the pins and retaining spring
Remove the brake pads
Inspect the following:
Brake pad retaining pins for deterioration or damage; replace as needed
Brake pad retaining spring for deterioration or damage; replace as needed
Brake caliper piston seal for leakage or damage; overhaul the caliper as needed
To Install: NOTE: Never replace brake pads on one side of axle only. Left and right side brake pads must be replaced only as axle sets.
Install the new brake pads onto the caliper
Apply a small amount of silicone grease to the retaining pins
NOTE: Check to ensure that the brake pads move freely in the guide.
Install the brake pad retaining spring then drive the brake pad retaining pins in from inside outward
NOTE:Before installing the wheel and tire assemblies remove rust or corrosion from wheel mounting surfaces and brake rotors. Failure to do so can cause wheel bolts to loosen in service.
Install the wheel and tire assemblies
Lower the vehicle to the ground
Torque the lug nuts as follows:
First Pass: Torque to 46 lb-ft. (63 Nm)
Second Pass: Torque to 92 lb-ft. (125 Nm)
CAUTION If this operation is not carried out brakes will not operate properly during initial brake applications.

Disconnect flexible hose. Remove the union bolt and gasket from the caliper, then disconnect the flexible hose from the caliper. Use a container to catch brake fluid as it drains out. Torque: 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)HINT: At the time of installation, please refer to the following item. Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the caliper.
Remove caliper.
Hold the sliding pin and loosen the 2 installation bolts. Torque: 26 Nm (20 ft. lbs.)
Sounds like your rotors are warped. First off, have the front wheels been off the car at any time recently? If so, someone may have reinstalled them and not torqued the lugs properly. Too much torque (or different torque on different lug nuts) can artifically warp the rotors. Also, hot rotors getting wet can warp (as if you slammed the brakes on or were braking severely on the way to the car wash, where you sprayed them down). Or, they could be just worn out. Chances are though that you'll need new rotors. Remember that when you change rotors, no matter how new the pads on your car may be, you need to put new brake pads on with them.
