SOURCE: low beams don't work

there is two things that could be wrong .. check under the hood for your power distribution box .. its black and 3 inches wide and about 8 inches long .. this contains your relays. and some fuses. on the inside of the lid it tells which one is which.. look for low beam relay .. if it is ok check your low beam bulbs and make sure they arent burnt out.. these two things should fix your problem .. or at least one of these should .. holler if you need more. SOURCE: REAR TURN SIGNALS WORK BUT MY BRAKE LIGHTS DONT

Replace the turn signal switch. If you want to prove this have someone stand behind the car with your foot on the brake. Then wiggle the turn signal lever. The brake lights should blink. This is a real common problem with W body. I have replaced two on my cutlass plus tons more at my shop.

SOURCE: i have a 2001 chevrolet cavalier and the high beam

Sounds like its a problem with the light switch handle. Had it myself as well...
If you're savvy enough around car electronics take out the light switch handle, take it apart, find the problem and fix it. Inside the handle-switch you have several slide-switches and some double action slide switches.
Otherwise - get a different switch from a local junkyard or get a new one from your dealer.
Good luck.

2005 buick lesabre low beams not working at night daytime running lights work hi beams work dimmer switch works relays and fuses are good. what do I check now and how?

It's the dimmer switch. Which is called the multifunction switch or turn signal switch. Just because it clicks, doesn't mean the it is working properly. If you click and the high beams come on, then click it again and have no low beams, replace the switch. Daytime running lights are controlled by the Body control module.

On a 2002 dodge ram 1500 truck the brake lights and the turn signals and winshield wipers dont work the only brake light that works is above the cab. and the turn signal flashes on the dash like they are...

I suspect a bad multi function switch located in the left hand side of the steering column. This switch controls your high/low beams/wiper delay/windshield washer/turn signals and hazards.

DRL and High Beam do not work right on Honda Accord EX 1998

Some time back I found some data on a similar website suggesting that the Day Light Running circuit board, just under the steering column, developed cracks in some of the soldered joints. Your high beams should also be affected with loss of day light running lights.
Resoldering repaired the continuity of the circuits. Ours is now working quite reliably. Some of the defective areas developed slight brownish discoloration, that's how I was told to recognise the areas to be resoldered. Hope this will help you solve your problem.
