How do i get a manual for it i dont know what fuse it is
Fuses #13 [20 amp] and #23 [10 amp] in the Central Junction Box [fuse box under the left side of the instrument panel] are for the turn signals. Look VERY carefully next to each fuse. You will need a good light. There are very small numbers in the box, next to each fuse. The fuse box is rectangular in shape, with a blunted point on one end. Fuses #1, #13 & #23 are closest to the blunted point.
The cigarette lighter fuse is located in the fuse box under the left side of the instrument panel. It is in position #3 [20 amps] Look carefully, with a strong light. There are tiny numbers cast into the fuse box next to each fuse. You can download a free owners manual, which will have a map of the fuse box & fuse locations at

It's free, but you do have to "sign up" to get the info.

You can obtain an owner's manual from a ford dealership... they usually run about $20-$30... if you just want a diagram of the fuse box they will most likely just print you a copy for free. hope this helps and good luck
