9 will be a dot on the sprocket that will line up with a series of dots in a line on the housing
belts do have marks as they can be fitted ant where except for the arrow on the back which has to be fitted in the direction the belt will run

if your looking to change the mast of a power ant remove the collar on the top it have 4 cut out spots then turn the radio on and the whole ant mast will push out then while holding the new cord into place have someone turn the radio off while you feed it in it might take a few times on and off to get it to go all the way in place the ring back on and that should do it

You need to remove the top cap cover, this is the ring on the top of the antenna that holds it to car then use some small needle nose pliers to pull the rest of the mast, if theres a broken part stuck inside then you will have to remove the ant and open the side to remove the rest of it, then reasmeblt unit and put back on car then slide new one in and have someone turn radio off as you feed ant in, if it doesnt go all the way in then turn radio on but dont let it come out then turn it back off fast and feed the rest of ant in, once its in place install the top cover ring to lock it in place. hope this helps.

Check the stepping motor that move the doors, it is the little white box at the bottom of the environmental station it opens and closes the door, when you remove it you can hook it up to the harness and operate the temp control see if the motor turns, if not verify power at the harness connector if there is power there then replace the motor. inside the left rear 1/4 panel cover a 10mm nut holds the ant bracket, then unscwew the top nut at the ant base. pull it through the bottom unplug the ant lead and ground wire. easy said then done right !...

If the motor is only moving top one direction, either the switch is bad or the motor is bad. You can use an ohmmeter or volmmeter to test the switch. Place meter probes on the wiring that attaches to motor. Now press the switch in both directions. See if there is power in both directions from switch. If not the switch is bad. If you do get power both directions, than the motor will need to be replaced.

If shaft is moving the nut on the arm is loose. open the black rubber cap on the arm ant fasten the nut. If shaft not moving, motor damaged or conecting arms hooked out. Willem SA
