I was hauling an enclosed trailer(6'X7'X12'L) between 80 and 120kmh for about 80 kms. When I arrived home I noticed fluid leaking from beneath the engine. I descovered this to be transmission fluid. The van has since cooled over night and apon driving after checking and adding atf, found no loss in performance and no further leakage. is there a pressure relief for high temp/pressure built into transmission or have I blown a seal in the transmission. fluid is leaking between the engine and the transmission plate which is above the trans pan on the windstar. Thoughts?
