Replaced the bulbs but bulbs are not burnt out
I had the same problem. Replacing the bulb didn't solve anything. Eventually the problem even made both left and right turn signal lights on dash come on with the brakes applied. The left signal when activated and the brakes depressed caused the rear back up lights and turn signal to flash. I found the problem to be in the rear light assembly ground. You have to remove the rear light assembly with 2 allen head screws, disconnect the plug to the assembly and look on the assembly for a discolored pin. Clean with sandpaper and bend slightly so when it goes back into the plug, it will make good contact with metal. The YELLOW wire is the main ground and will probably be the culprit.

Check your bulbs sound like one is burnt out, or it is not properly grounded. Good luck.

it sounds like a bad ground. check all grounds for tightness and corrosion

There is only one screw to remove that releases the mounting tab at the upper inner corner of the assembly. That screw has a plastic wingnut molded onto it so you can turn by hand. Once that is removed, the assembly can be pulled straight forward. At the inner bottom corner, a spring clip faces straight rearward. Pull with enough force to to release the clip from its slot. Only two "Fingers" hold the rear of the assembly in the sheet metal holes.

the blinkers have a bad earth somewhere, check the earth connections on rear lights first

verify the ground wire is good, black wire, its down on the frame rail, opposite of the air filter housing, if thats OK, it, could be the turn signal switch. but the wires go from the turn signal switch, through the Daytime Running Lights Module, through the fuse panel under the hood, then to the light socket. wire is light blue / white coming out of turn signal switch to DRL module, then its light blue all the way to the socket.
