I dont have the cd for navigaton for my s320,2000

Found this in Note Owners Manual, hope it helps.

Language set-up mode
In order to enter the language set-up mode proceed
as follows:
1) Make sure the audio unit is switched off.
2) Press and hold buttons 1 and 4 simultaneously.
3) Press the power button and the radio will switch on.
4) Release all the buttons and the display will show
LANGUAGE.
5) Press the << or >> button and the language
setting display will change as follows:
ENGLISH ? FRENCH ? GERMAN ? ITALIAN
?DUTCH?SPANISH?POLISH?ENGLISH
Once the language has been set, switch off and
switch on again the audio unit by pressing the power
button.

There is no option for that.

Insert the NAV cd and go to option "sprache" I think it means language, under that change to english. If you dont have the cd a dealer can do it with a scan tool in seconds and some places it cost nothing, others a few dollars.

No that is not an option.

find the reset bottum, tiny bottum hardly see, uses a toothpick or pin to push in,, after reset it will go back to its original seetting

You can either learn Japanese, find a friend who speaks Japanese, or take it to a porfessional to change the language

no double dutch please ,i know you can speak english in holland ,i might possibly understand friesan which is similar to english but dutch,no chance but i do like the dutch women though

Turn the key to the first on position and then hold the R and O button down until the languages came up. If you keep pushing the O button it wil scroll through the languages. Once you have it saying English, turn the key back off and then back on and the language will change..
