My 91 Honda Accord dx turns over and over... upon turning key

My 91 Honda Accord dx turns over upon turning key but won't catch to start. Checked fuel pump by taking out gas tank and it spurts gas when electrified. wires are also active when engine turns over in rear left behind seat. also changed the fuel filter (had been replaced before since it was NAPA part) and it caught and ran at first 2 times, but now will not catch to start, does turn over and over and over though. AHHHHH. Please help, could it be distributor but heard that another person replaced theirs and it still didn't work.

1991 honda accords had a recall on the ignition control module this in the distributor more commonly known as the igniter. call a honda dealer with your vin number and they will tell you yours has been replaced or not. Mine was so had to to buy one at auto parts store for $60 .kinda expensive for this little chip with 4 wires.

How do I disable my car alarm in my 91 Honda accord dx I dont have the stock keys new ignition the car just kills and wont restart for a while and runs roughbafter driving it for awhile

I don't believe that the 1991 Accord DX had a Honda accessory alarm option, but regardless, factory or aftermarket, it was wasn't installed at the factory, it was installed at the dealer or an aftermarket store. Just remove it, and reattach any cut wires.

The gas filter could partially be at fault, but have a fuel pressure test done, and also have the throttle position sensor checked. good luck.

91 Honda Accord No spark

If the timing belt is damaged(broken or missing teeth) you will get no spark. One easy way to tell is that many times the engine will sound different as it turns over, than it used to.
