2011 GMC Acadia. Torque specs on catalytic converter for Acadia please?

The torque specifications for the catalytic converter on a 2011 GMC Acadia can vary depending on the specific model and engine type. However, the general torque specifications for the catalytic converter flange bolts on this vehicle are typically around 37-45 lb-ft.
It's important to note that these torque specifications are for general guidance only, and you should always consult the manufacturer's service manual or a qualified mechanic to ensure that you are using the correct torque values for your specific vehicle and application.
Additionally, it's important to use a torque wrench when installing or tightening the bolts on the catalytic converter to ensure that the correct torque is applied and to avoid over-tightening or under-tightening, which can lead to issues such as exhaust leaks or damage to the exhaust system.

Does the OnStar fuse also run the radio, DVD and/or mapping?

OnStar doesn't have a named fuse. The Radio and Infotainment System are two separate fuses. You need a good auto-electrician to find the source of the parasitic draw, not find a way around it. You can test it yourself. Put an ammeter on the battery and pull one fuse at a time while someone observes the ammeter. Pulling one fuse will be the cause of the drain and show a drop in discharge. That is the circuit where the issue it. There is always a small amount of drain from the ECM, clock, security system etc.

GPS indicating check map dsc error

This is a common navigation radio issue on this vehicle. The message "Map DVD read error" comes on randomly.... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Make sure your Map DVD is clean and without fingerprints or scratches first. If it the disc is okay, the issue, unfortunately, is within the radio itself. The only correction I've seen for this problem is to replace the radio itself. Also note, that if the radio is replaced, it will have to be reprogrammed by a GM dealer to correctly set up your vehicle's options and learn the vehicle's VIN so the radio will unlock.

Nav system

Installing the DVD Map Disc Your dealer/retailer may have installed the map DVD. If the map DVD was not installed, do the following to load it:
Read the following steps completely.
  1. Turn the ignition on. The vehicle must be in P (Park) to perform this operation.
  2. Press (power) to turn the navigation system on.
  3. Press the NAV hard key.
  4. Touch the Insert Map Disc screen button. The screen opens to access the map DVD slot.
  5. Load the map DVD partway into the slot. The system pulls it in. The screen cannot be closed until a double beep is heard.
Notice: Pressing directly on the navigation screen may cause damage. Repairs would not be covered by the vehicle's warranty. Do not press directly on the navigation screen.
  6. To close the screen, slightly push up on the two outer corners until the screen is in position. Then push the screen in by pushing on the four outer corners until a click is heard.
  7. Set the search area. See "Setting the Search Area" earlier in this section.
Ejecting the DVD Map Disc The navigation portion of the system cannot be used if the DVD map disc is not loaded.
  1. Press the MENU key to enter the Menu options, then press the MENU key repeatedly until Nav is selected or touch the Nav screen button.
  2. Touch the Map Database Information screen button.
  3. Touch the Eject Map Disc screen button. The screen tilts, exposing the map DVD slot.
  4. Press the eject button, located next to the DVD map disc slot, and the disc ejects. Pull the disc out. The screen cannot be closed until a double beep is heard.
Notice: Pressing directly on the navigation screen may cause damage. Repairs would not be covered by the vehicle's warranty. Do not press directly on the navigation screen.
  5. To close the screen, slightly push up on the two outer corners until the screen is in position. Then push the screen in by pushing on the four outer corners until a click is heard.
