Follow the OUT hose from the radiator to the top of the engine. The bulb shaped housing is the thermostate housing. Take off the hose, remove the housing and the disc like thermostate is inside it. There's a good chance the float in the sensor is stuck so use something like a screwdriver handle to tap on the tank near the low coolant sensor also check the radiator tanks for another sensor. Have you physically checked the coolant in the radiator (must be done with a cold engine) the recommended coolant is a 50/50 mix of Dex-Cool and clear water. I hope this helps. Take care.
