Wobbling sound slowing down in van 250 ecoline 2011 heavy equipment right front side van

Can you feel the wobble also ? Check the tie rod ends and steering
items at the bottom of the van. if it is just a sound, I would not know where it would be coming from.

have a front end check done to check for worn suspension and steering joints . have a wheel alignment done as you may have castor wobble from negative castor. Check for front spring sag as it alters the angle

Sounds like warped rotors that are siezing up due to your calipers sticking.

Check the wheel rim for distortion. Check the tyre for distortion. Check the wheel bearing for wear. Check the steering track rod end and ball joint for wear. Check the brake disk for distortion.
If you have done all that, then you will have likely already found the cause of the problem.

Check you steering and duspension system. Check ball joints and steering linkages. With the vehicle in the floor have someone move the steering wheel side to side. Not whole turns just side to side movement while you look at the steering linkage to identify any loose parts. Then raise the vehicle and check your ball joints by grabbing top and bottom of the tires and shaking them.

Sounds like a belt shift in a front tire. Raise the vehicle and spin each front wheel while looking at the bottom surface from the front. Look for "runout" or a wobble in the bottom surface of the tire. You can also rotate the tires and see if the symptom moves to the rear
