This vehicle has coil packs for the ignition correct? have you ran the engine at night with all surrounding lights outs so its really dark. spray a mist of water on the coil packs and spark plug wires to see if you have spark/voltage leaks jumping out from them. sometimes the tiny sparks will be so fine and skinny you can barely see them so it needs to be dark. hope this helps your trouble shooting. a coil pack could have such a fine crack for the voltage to leak from that you cant see it.

2004 kia Sedona. Random cylinder misfires, Replace sparkplugs coil packs and wires, Runs good for 5 minutes and then extremely sluggish acceleration rough running

Likely an improper air/fuel mixture. You need know the fuel trim values plus multiple inputs e.g. MAF, temp, fuel pressure, up/downstream O2s, etc. As it appears bank related, look for bank related vacuum leak, O2, or cat.

2005 Kia Sedona 2EX 3.5. Where is the fuel control module please?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to sub category.

P0304 is only a misfire error to cylinder 4.

There isn't a 'fuel control module'.

https://www.google.com/search?q=2005+Kia+Sedona+2EX+3.5+Fuel+control+module

But there is a fuel pressure regulator

https://www.google.com/search?q=2005+kia+sedona+fuel+pressure+regulator+location

When you look up fuel 'module', you come back to the fuel pump.

https://www.google.com/search?q=2005+kia+sedona+fuel+module+location

One thing you might try is moving coil pack 4 to another cylinder and see if the code moves. After that do a plug swap and see if it moves. Do them separately not coil and plug together..

2002 saturn vue cylinder 1,3,5 misfiring when swapped coil pack it went away now cyl 2,6 misfiring.

having PO 304 = Misfire cylinder 4,PO 306 = Misfire cylinder 6, as I read above you have done the most. The thing that you have missed is to check whether the Catalytic Converter is faulty or not. To get an idea check whether you have a smell like rotten eggs at the end of the exhaust, you start having problems with cat and needs replacement. My advice before you go for a cat replacement is good to visit an MOT center and check your emissions and then you decide,

MY 04 KIA SEDONA KEEPS SAYING MISFIRE IN CYLINDER 1 AFTER I'VE CHANGED THE WIRES, PLUGS, COIL PACKS 2X, ALL 4 LIFTERS AND THE FUEL INJECTOR. WHY? AND WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Fire it up at night and look for arcing in the dark. It may also be nothing more than number 1 plug wire misrouted in a way that inductively picks up energy from one of the other coil packs or cylinders. It should cross other plug wires only once.

2002 kia sedona is misfiring after plug change

The problems could be that a plug was not gapped correctly or needed to be gapped and was not. Easily the best thing to do would be to remove it and check it to see. Visit your local Autozone as well and have the codes read, if there is indead a misfire, there should be a code that will tell you in which cylinder exactly the misfire may be coming from. If the spark plugs are not causing the problem, then you can retrace you'r steps and check the plug wires or coil.

Hope This Helps!

How many miles on the plugs and wires? Misfire can be caused by either plugs or wires, after that check the injector for that cylinder. Let me know what u find. Curt
