2008 Grand Prix GXP keeps blowing the 10amp fuse for the AC. When replaced, it runs cold again until I start driving, then it blows and only has hot air once again. Very frustrating in Texas heat!

A/C COMP Relay - try replacing the A/C compressor clutch relay # 38 in under hood fuse / relay box . ! Could be shorting out after hot . I don't won't to get to technical on you, doing voltage drop testing on the circuit . If not relay the compressor clutch coil could be going bad when heating up . There are videos on you tube , testing A/C compressor clutch relay .

Ive had the pump overhauled by professionals, fitted pump onto van, timed all correct and theres no fuel getting to injectors, also keeps blowing 10amp fuse on glowplugs

Did you prime the system ? Fill the fuel filters with fuel ! For the glow plugs find a wiring diagram an do a voltage drop test on the circuit ! May have a shorted glow plug or the control module. You can find videos on you tube on testing ,probably .

Interier fuse keeps blowing on start

It will be a dead short causing the fuse to blow. It could be in the starter motor or associated solenoid. Or in the glow plug relay circuit. Disconnect the glow plugs from the power wire to ensure they are not causing it, they probably wont be. N try to find the relay that operates them and un plug that. It will become a process of elimination. I hope that helps

97f350 fuse blowing to glow plugs how do i unplug the fuel warmer

You will need to check all the glow plugs for resistance. Most likely one melted and is shorted.

First unplug them all and see if the fuse blows. If they still blow then you have a wire shorted somewhere. If they dont then keep pluging the glow plus back in until you find the one that pops. The resistance on that one will be 0 which would indicate a short.

Wait to start light doesn't come on on my 1999 ram diesel it starsts a little hard on cold mornings

The Cummins does not have glow plugs as mentioned above. It has intake heaters. I have a 99 also and it is a cold natured girl on a cold morning. You should have a block heater to plug in when it is below 40 F. The electric plug should be on the passenger side just inside grill on the hood. You can plug it in all night or a couple of hours before you are ready to go and it should help. Also, since your wait to start light is not working, the intake heaters may not be working. Check them out.

Grey smoke from my ford mondeo lx 2lt tdci 2001 when i first start it .

hi from uk if you have to turn engine a little longer than normally? on initial start fro cold? and then starts/runs ok for rest of day ? then more than likely your engines glow plugs are in early stage of failing/burning out? these engines rely on pre heat of cylinders when starting especially from cold so they have glow plugs for this purpose indication of burning out is the grey smoke you report on cold starts this is fuel that is not being combusted due to poor cylinder compression/s being heated on first start but when engine heats up no problems so i suggest you renew all 4 glow plugs they are easy diy job and you can purchase from good motor stores not necessarily dealers they are just like spark plugs usually 10 mm socket/spanner to change em after disconnecting the elec supply cable from each hope this helps and inspires you? if milage is high then they are in need of renewal
