How to unhook the stereo wires in a 1996 s10 chevy blazer

I am trying to unhook the wires, but this will be my first time trying to do this myself. I know nothing about doing this whole thing, I just need to know where the wires go exactly?

Disconnect the Battery first thing! The wires are in connectors that plug in the back of the stereo , Male and female connectors. best you do a Google search for detailed instructions. You can also call a dealer and ask if they would print out the instructions for you. Some will do it cost free doesn't hurt to ask!

SOURCE: How do you replace the brake lines for a 1996 Chevy S10 Blazer

You have the best diagram right on your car! follow the original lines to replace them. (you can change routing a little with no problems, just make sure they dont interfere with anything and that they are secure so they don't rub through and fail again!

You can do that in the ground but it is easier to have a jack handy to get the bolts to align back in the chassis by changing vehicle loading on bar. No special stuff I know of...

check for loose or cracked vacuum lines, and/or the rotor. It may not be making consistant contact.
