pull the plugs after trying to start it. if they are wet with gas there is no spark. if they are not wet but hot than it's fireing. factory ecu? motor?
does it crank, is it getting fuel, how about ignition timing is it correct then you have cam timing, remember the principles to check a engine, **** start bang blow.....
Fuel pump could be issue. Check for spark from plugs and see if you can here you fuel pump prime when you put the ignititon from off to run but not start. Should hum for a few seconds and quit.
