Trying to find out what this light is I do not

Depending on what type of vehicle you have, it could be that the brightness control om or neat the switch has been turned way down or off. Possible to have a bad connection to the dash board. Possible headlight switch.

Unfortunately the On-Board Diagnostics II (OBD II) is programmed to work with the emission system(s) you are trying to eliminate. The Engine Computer Module (ECM) is designed to look for, and detect certain test parameters on the fuel evaporative system. These intricate tests will fail without this equipment and cause a check engine light. The erratic/high idle could be caused by air leaks in the remainder of the evaporative system or it could be completely unrelated issue with the engine you have yet to diagnose. The best option is to simply replace the affected components with new, and support them in some other manner (adding a braces, etc). to allow the system to work correctly.

You have a vac om leak or the idle valve stake ,all the best.

that is the check engine light
if you turn the key from off to on 3 times in the trip meter it should display a code that starts with P
if you type the code in google or post it here it will tell you what is wrong

If you are talking about the trailer tow stop / turn lights, this is in the Engine Mini Fuse panel, which is not documented in the 199 Owners Manual for some reason.

It is in the 1997 OM.

i think under hood it has a manual crank or nob you can turn to raise and lower incase of a malfunction.your electric motor or a gear is broke in there.hope this helps...

You will have to take this to a dealer to shut the air bag light off .. Unless it has been in a wreck at one time or another .. if it has it needs the sensor on front end replaced and the module also reset or replaced.. thanks Jerry and holler if you need more.
