2009 FORD F150 XLT DOOR PANEL REMOVAL

you will have to remove the door inner panel. there are some screws that hold the arm rest to the door and behind the door handle. the panel is usually held to the door with snap plugs that you just pull on the panel near the snaps, then there are 2 bolts that mount the mirror to the door on the inside of the door. if this has an electric mirror you will have to disconnect the wiring to the mirror to remove the mirror as well as any wiring connectors that are connected to the door panel.

Located behind the passenger side kick panel. (Passenger side, plastic panel that covers from bottom of dash to carpet in front of door.)

The window came off the tracks. You will need to take the inner door panel off and get to the window track and put the window back in the track.

there is no part that i am aware of that is called a "CROSS DOCK" so to help you with this problem we need to know the correct name of the part, contact Ford parts and ID the part with the correct name

they are held in place with plastic push clips and simply remove the screws for the door handle inside the car as well as the window wires by popping out the panel and pull up from the bottom and remove just that way re-installation is reverse procedure you may need to use a pair of side cutters to remove any plastic clips that did not pop off with the panel and reinsert them into the proper holes

You will first need to remove the door panel on the inside. Then you will need to remove the window glass from the track it rests in. Then you need to undo all the screws that attach the regulator inside the door. At the top of the door where the glass slides up and down remove the inner and outer window track guides. Then very carefully maneuver the regulator up and out the top of the door. Reverse the procedure to replace. It sounds easy, but you need to almost be double jointed to do this. So, have great patience while doing this task. Good luck.

there are a few screws you need to remove before pulling off the panel. one is in the inner door handle, the other is behind the inner door release handle and there may be one in the very top left of door panel
