I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring 4.0L V6 and noticed a gas smell coming from my engine. I have changed the O-rings and fuel injectors but was still smelling gas until I noticed a small air bubble coming from the fuel rail where it connects to the fuel line. I have gone to my local junk yards to look for one but none have my make/model but I have found some online but are for 3.5L and 3.8L. I just wanted to know if those fuel rails are interchangeable with my 4.0L engine before I buy them.
Did did you change the o-ring at the fuel line to fuel rail connector? Do that before you change the fuel rail. According to an e-bay seller who is selling a used fuel rail from his salvage shop, the following fuel rails are interchangeable.

Hi Wesrn,
Most indirect injection engines have a fuel rail which is common to all injectors. The common rail description is usually reserved for diesel engine vehicles. Your problem will in fact be a matter of having the rubber 'O' ring seals replaced at both ends of the injectors (where they fit into the fuel rail and where they fit into the manifold. You've rarely any need to replace the whole fuel rail.
