No diagrams? I'm working on a '95 cherokee, the cover on the box has a complete diagram on the underside. On the '95, there are 10 maxi-fuses, and 6 mini-fuses. What is the number designation of the fuse? Likely the numbers may not agree with mine, but I could try to help. By the way, if you have your owner's manual, it would show all fuse and relay descriptions and locations, both the under hood box and the under dash fuse block.
Find the fuse box, they are generally located under the dash near the sterring wheel, but can be in the glove box or elsewhere. the cover to the fuse box should have a diagram of the fuses and what the fuses control. If you are having fuse problems and suspect a burnt fuse and can not find the diagram you will need to pull one fuse at a time inspecting each fuse for a burnt filament, then replacingwith the same amperage fuse as the burnt. there are 2 fuse boxes, one under the hood on passenger side of engine compartment, and one on end of dashboard on right side, door must be open to access fuse box cover, there might be a fuse diagram on the back side of the cover
Looking at the Fuse diagram on my jeep manual, the blower motor fuse is a 30 amp (green) and should be in # 6. From the top of the box it is in the second row from the right second from the top. That gets you to the fuse. If that does not get you going, I will try to help you find anything else you need.
Fuse and relay are in power distribution center near battery.
