I'm in the process on re-installing a used engine. Its 85% done except for some lines and hoses that I cannot figure to where is suppose to be connected. I don't know where to connect an hydraulic line aluminum located in the driver side, behind the transmission when facing in front of the car).

Good luck...
SOURCE: Hose connection location
If you look under there you should find a steel or plastic line that runs up to a place inside the engine bay.( If it is connected directly to the differential) If it is connected to a box mounted on the right side axle it is part lof your 4x4control and should carry vacuum. With engine running you will hear vacuum leak and easily find connection point.
(but you didn't mention any driveline problem so it's likely the first, which is only a vent line. as long as it is not pointing foreward or straight up it is also ok to just secure it out of the way. (but not where it will become submerged in water etc.
SOURCE: replacing front driver side (F150) brake line (rubber hose)
Brake fluid is highly corrosive. If you can't get the line loose on the frame side then I would suggest replacing the hard line as well coming from the master cylinder. Or if you have a flaring tool you could cut the hard line just behind the rubber and put a new fitting on it. Pretty easy if you have the tool. Essentially you will wind up kinking or breaking the hard line anyway if the fitting won't come loose easy.

most of the time it is on the hood in the inside but you can try and get a haynes manual for your car and it usually has one in there
SOURCE: vacuum line schematic 1987 toyota corolla le front wheel drive
It is similar to my rear wheel drive two door.
The main vacuum line from a vacuum source on the intake goes to the multi-hose valve on the top and the distributor vacuum advance. This multi-valve switching valve is the main connection to the other vacuum hoses on mine. Two lines come in from a vacuum source and thre go out to three components according to tempature. On mine the middle one off to side 1)goes to choke opener and switching vacumm valves mounted on the fenders the other middle one 2)second from top goes to another choke opener and EGR Valve and EGRModulator. The bottom hose connection is on when cold 3)and goes to a part on the carburator to help it run better when warming up a AAP valve.
There is a check valve diaprham thing inline to the EGR vlave on the second line from top.
I have another vacuum line on the drivers side of the carburator that has a check vlave inline but larger it goes to the throttle linkage to help slow the closing of the trottle on rapid deceleration.
