2000 jeep wrangler, brake lights don't work

Taillights, blinkers, reverse lights all work but no brakes lights. Good fuse and bulbs, any ideas?

My headlights, blinkers, and reverse lights still work but my brake lights, taillights, and dash light does not work. I have checked fuses, grounds, and the knob you pull to cut headlights on. Any other...

Make sure all bulbs are working. All blinkers, tail lights, brake lights etc. I know you mentioned most of these lights work, however it only takes one light to throw off several others. Trace wiring from each as far as possible to locate a possible break in the wiring (shorts). Also, check the headlights and make sure they are plugged in all the way (even tho they work). Also check all relays. One dirty connection can cause all sorts of problems. Jeeps also are known for their poor wiring and common electrical issues.

I was wiring a trailer pigtail to an 06 wrangler and blew the turn signal bulbs but the fuses are good. I have running and reverse lights but no brake lights or turn signals

If the bulbs and the fuses are good, check the brake light switch. You might of shorted out the switch when working on the pig tail. Always use a test light or volt meter when installing pig tails. This way you can check for power and ground before hooking a wire up to help prevent shorts. But by what you have said it does sound as if the brake light switch is now bad.

I have a 2004 jeep wrangler the running lights come on and dirrectionals come on also, after checking fuse's and bulbs and replacing brake switch,i still have no brake lights, can someone help me

you have a bad ground the brake light are independent of the rest of the lights if the turn signals work and the brake lights don't you have a bad ground blowen fuse or your turn signals are not grounded properly so the turn signal lights may be dim or erritic in nature you can also check the blinker switch for it can be shorted (remember that there are two 1 for the turnsignals & 1 for the fourway flashers

Tailights only work on directional and brakes ,no running lights

Usely dash lights and taillights are on the same fuse, if you don't have dash lights you won't have tailights. If you got dash lights than you could have blown bulbs or maybe a bad headlight switch.

I would guess the brake fuse ( this does not use the same fuse as the tail lights/blinkers) or the ground for the brake light bulb.
