My 2005 ford excursion car horn for the alarm stop working recently. I can still lock the car, but no horn sound as it dide before.and also my horn stop working Can someone help me how to fix this? Th

BLOWN FUSE.. DID WINDOWS STOP WORKING ALSO? OR WIPERS FOR THE HORN HAS SEVERAL ITEMS ON THAT SAME FUSE... OR THE WIRE CAME OFF THE HORN.. BEEN DOWN BUMPY ROAD/ ROUGH DIRT ROADS/ WASH BOARD ROADS/? IF SO THEN THE WIRE CAME OFF THE HORN..

Either the connecting wires have come off the horn, they are broken or your horn simply needs to be replaced.

I asked a frend about your problem and he said there isnt one, he said when you use the clicker, your moveing away from the car, so you get an audable sound to let you now it's working, when you use the key your at the car and you now whats happening.

Try your horn relay....here is a picture of the location ...hope this helps you ??

there is an aftermarket alarm installed. pull the fuses and it will solve your problem. the vehicle should be capable of having remmotes if it has power locks

hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the key fob for about 5 seconds. (this will toggle that setting on and off)

look online or go to the dealer and find a reprogramming procedure.

If the horn fuse ( Fuse #26 ) is installed and has power on both sides of the fuse, you might want to check that the horn connector is still on the horns.

The horn relay is not serviceable in the fuse panel.

You can test the horn connector for power, the Yellow w/ Light Green wire, when the horn button is pressed.

Just hold the lock and unlock button on your key until you hear the horn again. Then its activated :)

lock the doors from the switch with the door open. That turns the included factory alarm on.
