This is what the p0016 code means.

Mis-align/sync
P0016 is a problem with your crankshaft and cam shaft sensor. It's ether miss aligned of it has gone bad. check to see if it needs to be re aligned and gaped, or cleaned. If you have cleaned it and still have the issues, replace the sensors. Good luck and hope this helps.

I have a 2003 Crysler 300 special M with a 3.5 V6 engine. I have a couple of codes that have poped up some time ago. DTC #P0016- ( some sortof cam sensor issue) and P0481.. san U get a leg up on the fixes for these issues?
