ac drain pipes are on the passenger side front floor area (just about where your feet go) under car when cars heater core gets a hole in it lots of times antifreeze will leak inside car on floor try to get a small sample of fluid thats leaking out with a tissue or something (white In color) see what color fluid is ,see if fluid is slippery like oil or not (rub it between fingers)
Antifreeze= orange or green in color
Transmission oil = red or brown
motor oil = brown to black
washer fluid = Blue or drk orange
ac condesate= clear water (cold)
Sounds like your heater core needs to be replaced (does it appear or smell like it has anti freeze in it?) other wise I'd say your the ac drain hole hole is clogged with leaves or bug nest etc.... these are the things I can think of. the ac drain hole can be un pluged by an airhose or even a coat hanger. it is located somewhere along the firewall area google your car info for the location of it. if it has anti freeze with it i'd say its your heater core :( depending on car type etc will tell the cost and replacement of... though they can be by passed but then you will not have a heater. good luck!
i believe you have a leaking heater core, if the water is leaking out from under the dash right under the glove compartment this is almost certainly the problem
What your seeing is the condensation from the AC dripping in to the passenger compartment. In the condenser area of the AC unit is a small drain line, with time this can and will plug with debris, (bugs, dust, leaves ect) properly place the car on jackstands and locate the drain line, use a small fine wire (or long pipe cleaner) and run thru drain tube clearing the blockage. You mayhave to repeat several times as new debris gets in to the line.
PLease let me know if this had asisted.
Best regards,
Tom
Look under the hood, and look at the ac lines, where they go into the car at the firewall. The drain will be directly bellow the ac lines, look for a hole, possibly on the bottom of the blower box,use air and a blow gun with a air tank to blow into the drain to clear it,watch out,it will come out like a waterfall. If this was at all helpful please rate thank you.
Take a stiff piece of wire, something like a coat hanger. Bend the end over so it will not catch on the drain tube. Push it up into the drain line as far as it will go. If this does not clear it then you will need a flexible wire of some sort. You can try an air compressor and blow into the drain line but do not use much air or you will do damage to the line. A slight amount of air pressure may remove the obstruction. If that does not clear the drain then you will have to get to the drain from inside the vehicle. First try getting to the drain line and squeezing it together. That may just be enough to dislodge the obstruction. If not you will have to completely remove it and clean it out. Good luck.
There is a drain stopped up,look under the hood, right below where the ac lines go into the firewall inside the car,the drain will be there a the bottom, use air pressure to blow into the drain to clear it out, when clear,it will flow out like a water fall.
Look directly under where the ac lines go into the firewall,it will be there, blow it out with air pressure, when it is clear, the drain,it will pour out like a water fall,if this was helpful, please rate, thank you.
Did you notice this after a rain or washing? Had you run the AC with high humidity? I'm guessing it may be the drain line from your evapoative cooler (part of your AC unit) locate this line and try to clear any obstructions. If this happened after a rain or such I'd say the drain line in your vent systems is plugged; locate and clear.
I hope this may have helped
