find the main ecu under the hood pull connection apart check for corrosion-clean any out -you can get a pin cleaning kit at autozone or advanced auto-plug back together -sometimes just pulling apart and re plugging can help with connectivity-Denny
water leaks from your sunroof are most likely due to plugged or blocked drain tubes. make sure water with flow out of all 4 drains,2 in front and 2 in rear.pine needles and leafs will pull them and cause water to flood over the guttersand into vehicle.
Id start by just checking the fuse and relay for the sunroof to make sure they are good. Im not exacly sure, but I think the sunroof fuse and relay are in the fuse box located under your back seat. Your owners manual has a diagram of both the fuse boxes in that car (under the hood to). Id start here. If the fuses and relay is good, I would take it to a dealer, it may be the motor. If you can hear the motor whining but it is just not moving, something may be jammed in the track, Good luck
