Should a 12x24 storage shed double doors open to the inward or outward?

The reason they open outward is so as not to lose the use of space behind the doors. If it's an 8' doorway then 4' of the interior space, or 48 sq ft, is unusable.

Rear power windows wont close windows and power door locks wont work?

check the wires that go into the door you can see them when you open the doors, sometimes they get old and break from opening and closing hte doors, the other solution is that the wiring coming from the main panel on the drivers door is broken because that is the door that is used the most check those first.

97 Ford Explorer back doors won't open

A common problem with these are that the power door lock actuator freezes, and wont let the door unlock all the way,or the latch rusts up and again wont let door open, see if the lock arm is going up and down all the way, if not then try grabbing the lock with pliers and pulling up and then opening the door, or pull and push a few times then try to open the door, good luck.

1998 corvette, center console power outlet has come apart, how do you get to the underside of the console?

Open the hatch/door on the center console, pry up that plastic piece just forward of the door with a small screwdriver working from the rear, remove those 2 nuts in the recess, unscrew the door if you wish for easier handling, at the rear of the console opening there are 2 small plastic covers, pop those out and remove the 2 nuts under them, lift the rear of the console and slide it back just enough to unplug the fuel door opening button( there isn't much slack in the wiring for this button so don't pull the console back too far ). I suspect you only needed step one, but this will get the console out for easier access to the power outlet.
