On most engines, fuel from the fuel line enters the carburetor's fuel bowl, a reservoir where a float, similar to the float ball in a toilet tank, regulates the fuel level. From there, a metering device called a jet lets fuel into the emulsion tube inside the pedestal, where fuel and air first mix. (Older models include an adjustable jet; newer models contain a fixed jet.) Fuel travels through the emulsion tube to the main passageway in the carburetor, called the throat or venturi, where further mixing occurs.

How do I remove a fuel pressure regulator on a 2002 dodge caravan.

Before doing ANYTHING, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you depressurize the fuel system, and be sure the engine is COLD COLD COLD before removing any lines.
The fuel pressure regulator should have one vacuum line and three fuel lines connected to it. (Some have an electrical connector instead of the vacuum line, but same idea.)
AFTER DEPRESSURIZING THE SYSTEM, with engine COLD, carefully disconnect the vacuum line (or electrical connector), then SLOWLY loosten and remove all three fuel lines, noting how they are connected. Replace all grommets & gaskets with new, then Install the fuel lines to the new regulator, EXACTLY as they were on the original, tightening the fittings to torque specifications provided for your vehicle and engine. Reconnect the vacuum (or electrical) connection, then repressurize the fuel system WITHOUT STARTING THE VEHICLE. With the ignition ON, watch for any sign of leaks. If there are ANY signs of leaks, stop them before starting the vehicle. DO NOT START THE VEHICLE IF THERE ARE ANY LEAKS, AS THERE IS A DANGER OF STARTING AN ENGINE FIRE.
Check for proper fuel rail pressure, and be certain to re-check your work within 100 miles to assure that there are NO LEAKS.
If you are unfamiliar with depressurizing or repressurizing a fuel injection system, PLEASE REFER THE WORK TO A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN..

My fuel line came off of my 96 neon and i cant find where it goes

There are no diagrams that will show you the fuel lines that I am aware of. The service manual assumes that you allready know that the fuel line runs from the fuel tank to the engine. There are 2 quick connects in the short plastic hose that connects to the fuel filter/regulator assembly at the fuel pump module. One end connects to the fuel filter and the other connects to the main line that goes to the engine. It is VERY simple. There is no fuel return line from the engine back to the tank on your vehicle, so there is only one fuel line and absolutely no way to mix it up with anything else.

I have a 92 cadillac and i can't find where the fuel filter is to replace

some fuel filters are mounted on the underside of the vehicle, along with the fuel line and on the inside of the frame to protect form rupture during a collision. some are where the line come up from the frame and behind the engine and again following the fuel line. lastly they have been mounted near the top of the engine where the fuel line connects to the engine. follow the fuel line and you will find the filter.
