Fuel cut relay in drivers dash fuse box. it is located on back side of fuse box,remove and jump (at fuse box )terminal 1 and 2 where relay was removed from.you should then have power to fuel pump.if so repLACE RELAY
Thanks jjjhandyman about where that relay is at, i think i found out looking on the parts digram i was thinking at first it maybe a problem then it did not stand out in the books i had'nt studied them yet for hours and days.You can always here your electric fuel pump in this car tic tic tic thanks TT80500

Try check your fuel pump module inside your car if it is the same as a 1990-93 accord it will be under your dash on the left side of the steering column it is a grey n brown box
Relay fault - find the 'Main Relay' and check or replace. Could be under the dash, near the steering column.

there are two locations one is inside the fuel tank and the other is beside the fuel tank before the fuel filter
