No year, no engine type.
in front or back?
is it electric fan?
on cold engine?
if rear rad fan electric comes on cold
the controller or sensor are bad.
post true car CAMRY year, and we can look it up.
and engine. diff, engines have diffr, setups.
never work on any engine until you know whats there, this is step1
or all is hopeless guessing and wrong parts ordered.

not really a non running fan can cause overheating------ overheating problem --check fluid level--test coolant--check oil and coolant for mix problem ---water pump --etc
it depends on the kind of wiring system....but most cars ...the fan wil always start anytime the AC is switch ON.... and some cars the fan works with the thermostart
The cooling fans are supposed to run any time the a/c is on in order to keep air flowing across the condenser. Your a/c will not work properly at idle if they quit.
you have created an overheating problem by replacing the radiator and the thermostat and not ensuring that there was no air lock in the cooling system
The fan is now constantly running because the coolant sensor is reading a high coolant temperature
First step is to ensure that there is not an air lock in the cooling system by bleeding the air out and if the fan still runs then check the way the thermostat was installed
the radiator temperature is broken or cable to it is disconnected ?
if true they are set to run constant the fans to protect the engine from overheating. also check the relay is still seated correctly.
Chances are that the radiator behind the fan has a leak (fan has no water supply so can't leak water). Have the system pressure tested to find the leak. As far as the fan not coming on, it is also likely that the sensor that controls it is sometimes deprived of coolant and therefore not reading properly (because of radiator leaking) Therefore, have the radiator checked, repaired or replaced, then, if the fan still mis-behaves change the coolant sensor, check fan relay and connections. If water got into the fan motor, it may have caused a problem but the motor is supposed to be sealed and that's doubtful.
Could be the temp gauge not sending a signal to your relay to turn on the fans, or the fan is screwed, or there is a break in the wire that go to any of the above.
The radiator doesn't "come on". Do you mean the fan(s) aren't running? Fans in modern cars don't run constantly. They're thermostatically controlled through the computer. If your car isn't having any other problems, then it's fine. Let the car idle until it gets up to temperature. If your temp. gauge says it's too hot and the fans still haven't come on then you should have it/them tested.
If you're talking about the "water" in the radiator not circulating then, again, it doesn't do that all the time. Only when it's hot enough for the thermostat to open.
sounds to me like the thermostat is sticking and allowing the car to overheat. with the a/c on the fan comes on and runs constantly to keep the engine cool
the fan on the trailblazer is attached to the water pump which is always spinning so yes the radiator fan always is running,,its mechanical, not electrical fan
