USA? what country?
RHD or LHD (right or left hand drive)?????
all usa cars, the 16pin DLC is less than 1meter from the steering wheel.
yours is behind the ash try(pull it)
some old honda's here, usa have dual ways to get scan codes.
the obd2 way , and obd1 way, RTM
read the FSM. or google for that.
I use ,alldata.com for fast answers, saving google searches and bad answers on forums...

fsm quote.
The 16-pin On Board Diagnostic version II (OBD-II) compliant Data Link Connector (DLC) is used to access the Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) using an OBD-II compliant Data Scan Tool (DST). It is an electrical connector with a gray housing located under the dash, either near the center console, on the passenger side of the vehicle or to the left of the driver side of the vehicle.
The two wire electrical connector with a blue housing next to the DLC is the Service Check Connector (SCS).

we (uSA have 2 DLCs. one is OBD2 and other is SCS.

id use a real scan tool. and not fool with the old winky blinky bs.
the scan tool you can check all live sensor data.
do that. and win.
1st goggle hit on SCS

Fuse/relay for diagnostic port on renault laguna mk3 2010

The fuse or relay for the diagnostic port on a Renault Laguna Mk3 2010 is typically located in the fuse box. It might be labeled as "OBD" or "DLC" (Data Link Connector). Check your vehicle's owner's manual or the fuse box cover for the exact location and designation of the fuse or relay related to the diagnostic port. If you're having trouble locating it, consulting a mechanic or the dealership might be helpful.

Where is the obd port located

All cars manufactured for sale in the US since 1996 have an OBDII diagnostic port as mandated by federal law. This connector must be within 3 feet of the steering wheel and must not require tools to access.
The port can be black or white. This is an example of what it looks like:
obd_002-580-90.jpg
Normally, this port is located just under the dashboard above the gas or brake pedal. It can normally be located by simply looking under the dashboard or running your hand along the bottom edge of the dashboard until you "bump" into the connector.
Here are some examples of where your port may be located:

There are other instances where the connector is behind a cover panel to make its appearance more appealing. In these cases it's necessary to open that panel to gain access to the OBDII port.
Here are some examples of it behind a cover:

Where is the diagnostic port located on a 2000 fiat marea

on a 99 2.0 model you will have 2 diagnostic ports. both of them will be the fiat 3 pin type.

to connect the 3 pin fiat connector to a 16 pin obd2 connector you need 4 lengths of wire. use 3 lengths of wire to connect the 3 pin connector to the obd connector. also use 1 length of wire for power to the obd connector.

on the 16 pin obd2 connector use the following pins
4- chassis ground (connect to ground on 3 pin connector, or any good chassis earth)
5- signal ground (connect to black wire pin on 3 pin connector)
7- k line (connect to white wire pin on 3 pin connector)
16- 12vDC (connect to battery positive terminal)

Where is the diagnostic port located on an isuzu trooper 1995 V6 model

You can get the check engine light codes yourself on 1985-94 Isuzu vehicles by using a jumper wire between terminal pins 1 and 3 or A and B in the diagnostic connector. This diagnostic connector can be located anywhere from the driver side kick panel, passenger kick panel and sometimes at the center console. When using A and B terminal pins, getting the codes is similar to GM vehicles. Once the jumper wire is connected, turn your key on and read the codes being flashed in the dash panel.

Where can I find a connector for the diagnosis an my Honda Accord VI-1996-1998,2.0 TDi,20T2N

Your vehicle should be equipped with OBDII diagnostic computer. If you check in teh area of the passenger side fender or under the dashboard on the drivers side you should find the diagnostic port. If this fail then you can refer to your owners manual for the location of the port.
