If you are talking about the lights on the heat and air and the rear defog and wipers, then I have a fix for it. What this does is recalibrate the AC system.
1. Start the engine.
2. Slide your temp control all the way to the left (cold).
3. Turn the blower switch all the way high.
4. Put your vents on panel (the one that sends air to your face)
5. Now press and hold the top and bottom left most buttons (rear wipers constant and rear wiper washer)
6. These light will go steady for a couple of seconds and then flash alternately. You can now release the buttons.
7. The AC will now calibrate. You will hear and feel the vents changing.
8. Once the only light flashing is the top left (rear wiper constant) then press that button and you are all done.
I actually had this problem and my rear AC would not cool. After doing this everything worked fine and the lights stopped flashing.
Thank you for this solution, it took about a minute or 2. Now I don't have to drive around with cold heat for about half an hour, until they stopped on thier own.
