I removed the engine to replace the sump gasget.put it back does not spark or have fuel pressure.tripple checked that I plugged in all wires
The EFI will NOT inject if it sees no spark.!!! by DESIGN.
all EFI does that. Gasoline. engines.
so fix spark. 1st. IT'S BAD so... this works on all cars. gas.
ok, so its 95 toy corolla, no engine size stated.or country
the ignitor is driven by the PCM/ECU and monitored at all times
scan it. and win.

Still need the codes.
Injectors can go "bad" in a couple of different ways; all they are is an electromagneticaly controlled nozzle. When the ECU "fires" the injector, it pulses a ground circuit for 4-8 milliseconds, the electromagnet powers up, the valve at the bottom of the injector opens, and the fuel shoots out, under pressure. The wire can be bad/chafed/corodded/ The electromagnet may be weak. The nozzle may be stuck. Lots of things. But, to put in an injector for a number 4 cylinder misfire (p-0304 code) would be one of the last things that I would do.

I respectfully disagree.
A P-0300 will NOT be set in a Corolla by a dirty fuel filter.
Replacing the fuel filter could be a very costly operation, as I have observed that the fuel line threads that connect to the fuel filter easuily get damaged when removing the fuel filter.
In short, don't replace the filter until you are SURE that it is the culpit.
In this case, the fuel filter is NOT the culprit..
Save your money; and your time.
Additionally, premium fuel does not clean fuel injectors. That expense would be a waste of money. The engine will actually run WORSE on premium fuel; the engine is NOT designed to run on premium. 87 or 89 (better choice/89) is the grade to use.
If you really want to track down the P-0300 code, which is a multiple/random cylinder misfire, I would look at the quality of the fuel in the car; ie water in the gas. Second, I would remove the plugs and examine them closely. A worn center electrode will also set the P-0300 code, as will bad/weak plug wires (over 5 years old).

Most likely I a would suspect the fuel rail had moisture in it. If you checked emissions it would most likely show no HC and alot of 02 and no CO. If it does show alot of HC then I would suspect sticking valves intermittantly . The pinging really points to no fuel issue tho. If you pull the injector connector off and no change then I would remove the fuel rail and inspect. Also make sure the wires are in the correct locations. It easy to get them wrong.
