My wife was driving on the highway and the car just lost power. All the dash lights came on and the engine would turn over but not start. Got it towed home and discovered no fuel to the injectors. Further checking I found no current to the fuel pump. fuses and relay seems good but am stumped as to any other fuse or relay location.
Check for a problem fuel pressure regulator
most are wired to the ECM which is connected to the relay for the pump
it works like this
with low / no fuel pressure the regulator completes a circuit to the ECM
that signal is then sent to a relay to start the pump
when full pressure is reached , the regulator signals the ECM and the relay is turned off hence the pump is not continually running when pressure is not required

By the info that you gave, I would have to say (guess) that it would be your wifes headlight switch. Because it is possible for the headlights to still work when the switch goes. The headlights, taillights, dash lights, dome light, and dimmer all work off the headlight switch and only part of the switch can go and the other part still be good and functioning. Hope this helps or at least, head you in the right direction to solve the issue. Best wishes.

You have a problem in the fuel pump relay circuit for sure then. I'm betting the relay, but it could be that dropping resistor.

Check the fuel filter, it might be clogged.

The Buick Century is equipped with a
multi-switch. This switch is an all in one switch that controls your
cruise control, windshield wipers and turn signals in one switch. This
switch also controls dimming and brightening of your headlights. The
dimmer switch is simple to replace, and all you need is a phillips head
screwdriver to complete the task.
