We have a 2003 Alero. The bearings keep going on the car. This is the 3rd time since Sept. 2007? Our mechanic has made sure we have good parts. Anyone know why?

sorry but time to visit the transmission shop. the only thing you could try first is Lukas Transmission oil sold at parts stores one quart only. make sure you get the oil for transmissions and not the crankcase.

Hi, there I solved it myself turns out it was the driver front Abs sensor. the bearing had to be replaced because the Abs sensor is build into the bearing.
With
any manual transmission you shouldnt just go from 6th to 4th bc it is bad for
the transmission, if i am in 5th gear and i want to go into 3rd i always go
from 5th to 4th to 3rd as a preventative maintenance. If you have a defected
transmission you should be able to get it warranted by the bmw dealership you
bought if from though.
