SOURCE: Instructions on how to install a front motor mount
You should purchase a Haynes repair manual at your local auto parts store in order to find all the detailed descriptions and precautions you must take to attempt this job some are fairly easy and others are more problematic, the basic procedure is to jack both sides of the front of vehicle up support with jack stands remove any plastic splash shield under engine the locate the mount and continue to use a piece of short ( 6 " ) 4" X 4 " wood between a trolly jack and the oilpan to jack the motor up about 1/4 " no more you just want to take the weight off the mount then remove the bolts holding it on be sure to note if the motor moves when the last bolt is removed sometimes the trolly jack can be pushing up too much, it is better to not put too much upward pressure on the oil pan, again I would recomend reading through the procedure in a repair manual for safety sake.
SOURCE: what are the cylinder head torque specs for a 1999
I can help you with this but I have to ask one question. Have you already taken this apart and putting it back together? Did you rethread all the head bolt holes because they strip out when you tighten them and you will ruin the head gaskets. Let me know, I have don't this job quite a few times. I'll have to look up the actual torque specs. Also you are wanting the spec for the cylinder head bolts and not the cylinder head cover bolts right?
