I would check out the Mass Air Flow Sensor. Located on top of the air filter box. If the sensor is bad and computer doesn't see air going into the engine, it will automatically keep the engine from running. Try pulling the engine trouble code to confirm is problem.

HI! The other thing that controls the fuel is the PCM (powertrain control module). The PCM is like the car's brain that when it fails everything else's fail. The PCM has connectivity on all electrical current that runs inside the car including the engine and transmission. Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa!

What was the actual trouble codes, as this relates to water temperature sensor (THW) and Throttle Position Sensor (VTA) and both systems could result in faulty or intermittent operation of the cold start injector.
Have these occurred at the same time, or were these diagnosed at different times........worst case it could be ECU related as this is common to both systems......

Check your battery for proper volts (12.6). Sometimes the cold weather will bring a battery down. Also check the Starter Relay, again cold weather will make it stick causing it not to start. Those are the biggest problems with a car not starting in the cold weather unless you have something else going on then your starter and your ignition needs to be checked.
