Looking for location of crank sensor - 2005 Suzuki Aerio SX

Why? the ECU/pcm throwing codes for it ?
IT will , the eCU can be trusted to tell you any time it does mess up.!!!
but like all posts here, not one with engine size , type or option.
so no anwers. accurate.

which engine is yours, surely ,I'D NEVER GUESS?

why not read the FSM?? why not post symptoms. or DTCs or something, even country?
or get the day pass.?/???? at suzuki pit stop plus (google it) $4
and look it up (USA only sorry, and you didnt say that either?)

where is CKP?
well its not on the cam, (that be CMP)
the CKP on all cars, (99% pure ,like ivory soap)
is on the crank pulley, or the flywheel.
(some cars have it mid crank,rare)
lets try to list them all, what a challange... (the fsm has this and so does alldata.com you can look at any time.)

2.0L and 2.3L is behind the flywheel,
there are 7 engines, the above to are common in USA> ONLY!
ok verbatim USA those 2 engines.
CKP removal,

1. Remove the engine with transmission from the vehicle.
2. Remove the transmission from the engine and then remove flywheel or drive plate from crankshaft.
3. Disconnect connector from Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor.
4. Remove crankshaft position sensor (1) from cylinder block (2).

are you serious about this, just guessing>?
why guess. the ECU will tell you the CKP is bad, why not scan and drive car and see if the CKP fails. the ecu will in act report
1 drop out in 10 pulses on CKP
you can trust that... id bet your just guessing or listening to
non pro ECU/PCM people...

and if it fails. a DTC first check the connector. to it top side.
for loose. or corrosion or any forms of contamination.
this sensors must have perfect connections at all times.
and can fail easy of dirty connections. its not a hall sensor.
its only very weak coil, with 0.5v out put. 1/2 volt.
the fsm shows the scope view of it. and all techs check that.
using a DSO.
