You want the tires with deeper tread on the front of the car. sounds like you have a freon leak. you will need to have someone put dye in the system and then run it and see if they can find it leaking.

put parking brake on if you want them off while driving the brake doesent need to be fully pressed just a little not even aplied at the wheels and lights will shut off

small cylinoid on top of the transfer case isnt working. it is vacume ran. three line go to in. unscrew and replace or it could be one of the vacume line goint to it check and replace if needed
