Possibly loss of compression inside your engine. Which is caused by hole in your engine, cracked block... a lot of things. Stick your finger in one of the spark plug holes. Spark plug out. While someone is cranking the vehicle, if pressure pushes your finger back then your good on compression. If nothing. Then you need to find where your losing compression.
Question edited for clarity. Cranking IS turning over. You are cranking but not firing, or starting, or running.
If you haven't much pressure at the rail, your likely problem is not enough fuel pressure and the fuel pump needs replacing. One post here says you need 39 PSI and another says 49 PSI. What do you have? You need to test with a pressure gauge.
Might be a problem with the computer. The computer grounds the fuel pump relay and also provides a ground to the coil. Do you have spark at the plugs, and normal fuel pressure ? Have you checked for trouble codes in the computer ?
DLC is located on the driverside, left, under the steering column. You say is "seems" you do not have spark, is there spark? You have fuel pressure, but is there power to the injectors?
I could be the CKP (crank sensor), but it could also be several other factors including the TPS. The correct way to start a diagnosis would be to see if any trouble codes are stored in memory. I'm assuming all basic ignition components are ok ; spark plugs, etc.
TRY THE PLUGS ,CAP&ROTOR CHANGE THE FUEL FILTER,STILL NO START,THEN CHECK THE FUEL FILTER NOW, IT SHOULD BE WET,IF NOT THEN YOUR FUEL PUMP IS NOT WORKING
