There is no fuel pump cut off switch on the LeSabre. Check the fuse and relay on the passenger side behind the glove box. There should be 4 black relays. The fuse pump is below this and the pump fuse is number 6. The other thing to keep in mind is the Pass lock system may not be recognizing the ignition key and has disabled the fuel pump from the ECM. Lets start with the fuse and relay first and we'll work on the Pass lock relearn process which takes about 30 min to do. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help.

If it has one, it'll be in the trunk on the side, but i'm not sure that it does.

Runs and then just shuts off

Unlikely to be a fuel pump. Replace fuel filter. While doing so, obtain a fuel sample and inspect for water/contaminants.

Turns over but I can't hear the fuel pump. Has half tank of gas was running fine just cut off on freeway.

Just turn the key to on position if you don't hear a hum from the gas tank than its not working, listen close it will only run for a few secounds.
