1995 7.3 idi wont fire fuel or eather - 1995 Ford F350

The fuel pump may be starting to go bad, when you get below half a tank, the pump does not submerge in fuel as much to keep it cool and it will seize up and stall the motor. You will need to replace the pump and check inside the bottom of the tank for small metal bits that almost look like shiny sand.

Go back to the fuel pressure. You can have a good spray from the shrader valve, but there may not be enough pressure 40 to 47 PSI. If you do have this pressure , then go to the injectors. Tyhere is a fuse for these, check it first. We can go from here, but I need to know what engine size you have.

well if the spyder is installed correctly, and will hold at least 45PSI, then it sounds like an ignition problem, make sure it has fire at all cyl's. I would check and make sure all injectors have a good pulse signal, and double check the ignition system.

You might also want to check to see if you vehicle has an anti theft function i have the 95 lebaron and if the anti theft is activated it starts runs for a few second and dies. if battey dies or is replaced i have to go to the passenger door and put in the key and turn it 4-5 times then it starts and runs so try this first.

Take the distribuder bolt loose (on the block) and turn it eather was with it started if you turn it the wrong way it will run worse or better

A 2.2 or 2.4L 4 cylinder

undo fuel pipe where it exits the fuel pressure regulater and turn engine over , use bucket and rag to catch pumped fuel , do this for half gallon and reconnect ,, then take spark plugs out and clean with easy start (eather) and replace , should start fine now ,

I can't remember that year exactly so help me out it's been a while
is that a IDI diesel that has a injector pump sitting in top center front of engine (has all the fuel lines running off it) or is it a Direct inject engine that has the injectors all comming off a central fuel rail

IDI diesel = sensor is on pump front lower under cold throttle kicker coil

direct inject= sensor is on driver side at end of fuel rail toward fire wall

listen at tank if pump starts when turning key to start car,if yes pump is bad, if no noise check pump fuse ,relay,power at pump

Check for fire at the coil then at the plug wires.
